Snowboarder, mountain biker, reader, and runner, Jennifer is not one to back down from a challenge. Competitive and free spirited, Jennifer enjoys working and playing hard.

Professionally, Jen values hard work, authenticity, commitment, honesty, and change. Curious and brave, the steepest slopes with the deepest powder are an elusive draw away from the well-worn groomers. The biggest, most complicated proposals and projects offer the most intrigue and the greatest opportunity for growth.

After growing up in Los Angeles and working alongside software engineers in internet startup, Jennifer moved to Sun Valley, Idaho for a change of pace. She maintained her Los Angeles working relationships and New York clients to run a creative agency for 15 years. While in Sun Valley, she also worked for local non-profit conservation and snow science organizations providing marketing and creative services alongside biologists and snow science SMEs.

In 2015, Jennifer rejoined the corporate world as Marketing Proposal Coordinator at POWER Engineers, Inc. at their corporate headquarters near Sun Valley, Idaho. Jen’s success integrating into the POWER culture and the electrical engineering industry resulted in Jen’s selection for a transfer to Charlotte, North Carolina to initiate POWER’s east coast Marketing presence. So in 2018, Jen packed the snowboard, mountain bike, spouse, and computers and moved to Charlotte, North Carolina to begin a new adventure. As one of the Carolinas newest fans, she is happy to be back to an urban environment and also to an area that values STEAM.

Back in an urban environment, Jennifer is open to new opportunities and new challenges.
